So l'm a local here and l do not like the service very much. The only reason why l continue going here Is because it's close and it's convenient. There's lots of things that is wrong with this place! Let's start at the beginning. Mostly on Saturday's, there's this lady with blonde hair working here and she brings her son to work. Which is really not my business, but what pisses me off about her is that she smokes her cigarette right in front of the door where as all of the customers can smell the smoke while she is smoking. However, l haven't been seeing her lately which is a great thing.
Now they have this new man, who has a very nasty attitude. (Caucasian brown hair, kind of chubby) for some odd reason, he hates making sandwiches! There's been plenty of times that he told me that he wasn't able to make any sandwiches because he's cleaning the oven with Clorox. While that may be true, why don't you wait until the end of the day to start cleaning the oven? I've been told that at 3pm in the afternoon.
Then there's this other guy (Heavy accent, skinny) who likes closing the store hours before he's supposed to. My sister and l were really feeling for a latte one evening and when we got there, the door was locked. It was 7pm and they have a sticker on the door stating that they closed at 9pm. So we told him about the sticker and he said "I don't care, who's the employee? Me or you?" Very nasty!
The only reason why l gave this store 2 starts Is because there's an awesome employee (Caucasian and a little chubby) who makes the drinks really good! She knows how to make a great latte and never messes up my orders. You go girl!
This is the worse Dunkin I have ever been too. The coffee decafe was weak. I earned a free coffee so I redeemed it at this location. The manager then charged me 30 cents for Almond milk. I never paid for Almond milk on a free coffee earned. They had no tissue in the front and no napkins or stirrups. They have to hand then to you. Who wants anyone to out their hands on something they will put in your coffee? Omg! And speaking on the topic of Almond Milk ..other non Dunkin Donuts locations don't charge you. This place is the pits. The same owner has a location at Newkirk ave in Brooklyn. That location has the best coffee in the Brooklyn and the customer service is much better.
Worst attitude service and latte ever. They used same foaming cup for almond milk and reg
Go to a different Dunkin Donuts.
No matter what day I go in there they are always sold out of something. At this point they should just throw the whole store away.
The manager smokes outside everyday, multiple times a day. Every time I see her she's blocking the entrance puffing a cig in FULL uniform.
It's a waste of time. Just don't.
This review is a little late but the service here is appalling. I usually patronized this store because it's closest to my home but after my last experience I promised to never return. I was in line next up to purchase a dozen donuts. The lady in front of me completed her order and when she heard mine while waiting on hers, she offered me a coupon to use that was expiring that day. I graciously accepted and the manager (I came to learn) refused to serve me saying that I was in cohorts with the woman to use all the coupons and that I actually came with her. After a few choice words, I was out the door, not before overhearing him serving the same woman who went on to order more stuff using another coupon. Never again!
